About me
I am a pragmatic and result driven project manager with an extensive technical background in the engineering of large and complex software applications.
I am especially experienced with the management of two types of projects:
- Business reengineering projects that include
- the modeling, improvement and reengineering of business processes,
- the architecture, design and development of new software,
- the integration and synchronization with existing legacy systems
- Projects that are failing or have failed and need "healing"
As a native Dutch speaker, I have worked many years in French speaking environments.
I have presented many technical workshops, trainings and seminars as well in Dutch as in French and English.
