No-nonsense communication and transparancy are key to our success when we realize software development projects for our customers. In the same way I hope this site will help you to better understand who we are, what we stand for, what are our company values, our experience, and what exactly we could be doing for you.

About me

I am a pragmatic and result driven project manager with an extensive technical background in the engineering of large and complex software applications.

I am especially experienced with the management of two types of projects:

• Business reengineering projects that include
  • the modeling, improvement and reengineering of business processes,
  • the architecture, design and development of new software,
  • the integration and synchronization with existing legacy systems
• Projects that are failing or have failed and need "healing"

As a native Dutch speaker, I have worked many years in French speaking environments.

I have presented many technical workshops, trainings and seminars as well in Dutch as in French and English.
